It extends shelf life by inhibiting spoilage and oxidation in cured products like bacon, ham and sausages. It is also used in food formulations like curing salt, brines and spice blends.

MOLNIT® Nai is packed in an HDPE bag or HDPE drum with double PE liners inside and is provided with a barcoded label and a tamper-evident seal.
The shelf life is 2 years. Preserve in tight containers and store at 25°, excursions permitted between 15° and 30°
